We provide funding for commercial and residential property developers, including bridging loans and mezzanine finance. We can also help clients buy alternative assets or use them as collateral. Since 2013, we’ve arranged over £350m of funding for real estate and asset-backed transactions across the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.
We are property professionals at heart. All of the senior team have development and investment experience as principals in real estate transactions across the UK and Europe over the past 10 years. We therefore intimately understand the challenges borrowers face in securing real estate finance and dealing with lenders.
We also understand the frustration with lenders who may not recognise the full potential in projects. We’re different. Unlike other lenders, we do not operate a tick box approach. Instead, we review each application on its merits and use our experience to help you borrow the funds you need to meet your goals.
We specialise in complex funding scenarios and providing a fast turnaround. Because no two deals are ever the same, we focus on the value of the asset rather than borrower covenant. This enables us to help borrowers overcome financial hurdles and realise opportunities.
We pride ourselves on building long-term relationships with our valued clients. To find out more about our team, please read the profiles below and contact us to arrange an appointment.
