Development of a ground-up student housing accommodation in Leicester with 134 units. Construction was successfully completed ahead of schedule in August 2019 in time for the new academic year, and the building is 100% let with a 14% uplift in the NOI with a property valuation over original estimates.

The successful acquisition of a fully-built and operational Student Accommodation scheme situated next to De Montfort University, Leicester. Reditum was able to add value through renovations and increasing operational efficiency, thus achieving a higher-than-anticipated NOI for the 77-bed scheme.


Reditum have managed two student accommodation developments in Leicester including a complete ground-up build; a strong relationship with operator Homes for Students is now held.
