Residential Developments

Reditum participates in select build-to-rent and onward-sale developments across international markets. Housing developments with mitigating circumstances provide arbitrage opportunities to capture growth via planning enhancements, changing development strategy or revising the offering to better suit location and target demographics, whilst existing PRS buildings or potential sites with key rental demand factors in close vicinity such as large employers or transport offer longterm returns.
