How does Reditum Capital’s development finance work?

We will employ a monitoring surveyor to produce an initial report. They will also provide monthly valuations ahead of each drawdown. We will roll our arrangement fees into the loan facility. Our exit fees will depend on our position within the capital structure.

We generally lend development finance for a maximum term of 18 months. You can roll-up the interest into the final repayment. As with our bridging loans and mezzanine funding, we are happy to consider projects across the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.
