    Morelands

    Successful change of use for a 13.75 -acre multi-let industrial site in Chelmsford, Essex. The land now has planning permission for 92 residential units ranging from 2 to 5 bedrooms to an overall GDA of 123,000sq ft. There is also an opportunity for extra parcels of land to be sold on for further profit.

    Quayside West

    Newby Quayside West

    In a joint venture partnership with developer, Newby, Reditum Capital investors have acquired Quayside West, one of the North East’s largest regeneration opportunities. The partnership plans to provide a mixed-use development of 1,200 homes, a 140 key hotel and associated commercial, retail, leisure, and public space.
