Our unique model of joint venture financing and an unalloyed focus on asset value enables us to offer investors a compelling blend of high fixed returns as well as ‘upside’ participation through a considered mix of debt, mezzanine and equity financing.

We have a proven track record in generating high quality opportunities for superior investment returns, having introduced and structured funding of £480m on behalf of numerous individuals and institutions since our inception in 2013.

We’re in a position to deliver significant returns for participants – typically between 12% and 15% pa – in the form of fixed coupon debt interest, ‘equity-style’ participation upside or a combination of the two. Participants can invest capital sums from £250k to in excess of £10m. Investment terms typically range from six to 24 months.

Typically, Reditum Capital co-invests in each transaction and subordinates its debt behind investors, thereby providing lower LTVs for those participating.

Our experienced and highly qualified collateral management and credit teams engage our network of professional partners on each transaction, including specialist firms in legal, property, accounting and valuation. Particular attention is given to the evaluation and management of risk on each investment.

1. Syndication

Offering loan participation through syndication allows us to undertake a greater number of transactions than through sole funding, which in turn offers the opportunity to diversify our loan book, whilst concurrently delivering above average returns to participants.

2. Bespoke investment

– individual participants, individual loans

Offering loan participation through direct investment means we can structure transactions on a more tailored basis than through syndication, whilst offering participants both greater control and increased potential for superior ‘upside’ returns.
