Co-Living

Co-Living is an innovative concept that marries the social and cost benefits of house-sharing with the privacy of a studio. Through investor partnerships with the most respected brand names in the industry, Reditum is able to pursue this market with added security. Co-living is a fast growing sector in the UK and broader global market, stemming from the popularity of the “shared economy” concept, and now attracting institutional interest.
